Sadly I haven't any images of native reptiles, I have only ever cought glimpses of them.
This is a Boa of some sort (anyone know what sort?) taken a few years ago at Marwell Zoo in a studio environment. It was about 3 feet long if that helps. I was rather more comfortable photographing this than the Hissing ****roaches that came later (Yuk!)
Not sure what species this is, I'm not very good with non-native reptiles although I do love snakes. It's fascinating how its eye colour blends in perfectly with the rest of its colouration.
Looks like the naughty word software is being a bit active - I see my Hissing insects have been censored above. Could be a problem with certain bird species then such as Blue Tits....
Edit - no looks like the birds don't get censored. I didn't want to talk about insects anyway :)
